Zerply - how to present yourself professionally

I managed to get myself an invite to Zerply - it claims to be ‘The easiest way to present yourself professionally’.

I’ve just created a profile - I have to say it was easy-peasy! I don’t think it even took 5 minutes. It integrates with Linked-in and Facebook to import your personal information, work history and education which saves you from typing out/copying it across yourself.

At the moment, there are only three templates to choose from but I expect there’ll be more on the way and who knows, we might even be able to upload our own designs. I liked the opportunity to preview the template types and (for the time being) the difference they offer in look and feel.

There also seems to be a bit of discussion on uservoice around allowing users to add their own fields/content and and analytics. I’ll keep an eye on new developments and keep you posted.

So, what’s the verdict?
At the moment it feels a bit like a polished version of Linked in and not quite as functional as About.me in terms of its analytics.

For anyone that’s interested I have three invites to share with you. Hurry! :)
